This baby elephant sure is enjoying his bath. What will it do for him? Refresh him, of course. He will feel brand new and so can you!
How can you live refreshed?
- Spend time in God’s presence
- Live disciplined following the laws of the land as well as the Bible
- Dig into The Word
Let the following verses uplift, renew, and refresh your spirit:
“Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” Isaiah 46.4
“The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise Him, my father’s God, and I will exalt Him.” Exodus 15.12
“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6.33
“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40.31
“I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” Jeremiah 31.24
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.” 1 Corinthians 16.13-14
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15.13
“He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46.10
“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Proverbs 11.25
“He refreshes my soul.” Psalm 23.3
Life is meant to be lived refreshed.
So, go and live refreshed. Let others wonder why then you can tell them what it means to …
If you have yet to make a decision about accepting Christ as Lord and Savior…”Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord” Acts 3.19
